My Journey to Coaching
For over 35 years, I led a successful marketing agency—building brands, growing businesses, and mentoring teams. I knew how to create momentum and drive results. But like many women, life eventually asked me to pause.
As my daughters launched into adulthood and my parents’ health declined, I found myself at a personal crossroads. What had worked for decades no longer fit. I needed clarity. I needed a new direction. Coaching became my tool to get there.
